The project is located in Fankou Street, Echeng District, with a total investment of approximately 200 million yuan, a planned land area of 25380 square meters (about 38 acres), and a total construction area of 111000 square meters; Among them, one 4-story office building has been built, three new 11-12-story factory buildings, one 12 story dormitory building, and other related supporting facilities have been constructed; The project is mainly used for the research and development, production, and sales of electronic components such as intelligent connected vehicle radar, infrared sensors, smoke detectors, and network optical modules. At the same time, it can undertake upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry and incubate high-tech enterprises.

The first phase of the project is expected to be put into use by the end of 2024. After the completion and full production of the first and second phases, the total annual revenue is expected to be no less than 800 million yuan, which can create about 2000 job opportunities and generate annual profits and taxes of no less than 15 million yuan.

After the implementation of the project, it will drive about 15 upstream and downstream supporting industries to settle down, injecting strong development momentum into the layout of the "133" industry in the urban area of Hubei, creating a billion dollar optoelectronic industry cluster, and exploring the construction of a science and technology innovation pilot zone.

It is a Hubei Province Gazelle Enterprise and a Hubei Province Specialized and Innovative Enterprise, mainly engaged in the research and development and production of electronic components such as laser emitters and receivers. Its products include various wavelength semiconductor detector components, TO-CAN optical devices of various speeds, etc. The company has passed the ISO9000 international quality system certification and its products are sold all over the world. At present, the company plans to introduce automated chip cutting lines and independently develop chips.
