2022

The year 2022

T060 product was put into production and sales. Got Provincial Speciality and New Enterprise Honour. Got Wuhan High-tech, Gazelle. Got 45001 Occupational Health System Certification Finsished the first phase of the self-built factory in Ezhou.

2021

The year 2021

Got ANSI-ESD 820.20:2014 system certification. Launched TO60 project and cooled pigtail TOSA for LIDAR laser module. Annual TOCAN production capacity exceeded 80 million.

2020

The year 2020

Two laser production lines were established and launched TO56 and other transmitter products. Launched MEMS TO-CAN products. The infrared sensor TO-CAN is introduced. Annual TOCAN production capacity exceeded 72 million units

2019

The year 2019

Got ISO 14000 Environmental System Certification. Launched 10Gbps APD, 2.5Gbps APD, 10GbpsAPD and other receiver products. Annual TOCAN production capacity exceeded 35 million.

2016

The year 2016

The company obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification and launched new TO-CAN products, 155Mbps PIN TO-CAN, 1.25Gbps TO-CAN, and 2.5Gbps TO-CAN.
